- Previously engaged with Infor for implementation of Baan financial systems
- Due to slipped timescales, Infor consultant churn and client frustration SubZero was engaged to pick up stalled AP project and subsequently deliver AR project

- Note, AR project actually delivered under fixed priced contract!
Ongoing Support and Baan Optimisation – Supplier of High Value Safety Equipment
- Selected for Baan delivery and support due to responsiveness, value for money and experience
- “Value for Money” was recognised via a fixed budget contract. As a result there was enough budget left over enabling the customer to engage SubZero to also deliver a previously un-affordable project!
- Engagement included: supply chain optimisation, company separation
Implementation of Baan Ln – Global Logistics Provider
- Selected as preferred consultancy and integrator due to independence, ease of doing business across multiple geographies and depth of consultant experience dealing with complex international clients
- Delivered Projects in South Africa and Europe
Implementation of Baan Ln – Automotive OEM (Eastern Europe)
- Russian automotive company – part of the then President Putin’s initiative to increase native Russian self-reliance
- Client selected Ln as the application for the new plant
